- Yes — we serve the entire greater San Antonio area and Hill Country including New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Boerne, Helotes, Schertz, Universal City, San Marcos, Lockhart, Seguin, Kerrville, Bandera, and Floresville. If you're not sure whether we cover your venue, just ask.
- How far in advance should I book for a San Antonio event?
- We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for most events. For Hill Country weddings, especially during spring and fall, we suggest booking 3–6 months ahead — those venues book up fast and so do we.
- Do you work with San Antonio venues that require a COI?
- Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue as an additional insured. We're familiar with San Antonio venue requirements and our policy is accepted at virtually all of them.
