- Do your bartenders need to be TABC certified in Texas?
- Yes — Texas law requires anyone serving alcohol at an event to hold a current TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification. Every Santisi bartender is TABC certified before they work a single event.
- Do I need to provide the alcohol, or do you supply it?
- You supply the alcohol — we bring the expertise. We'll send you a detailed shopping list based on your guest count, event length, and drink preferences so you know exactly what to buy and how much.
- How many bartenders do I need for my event?
- A general rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests for a standard open bar. For faster service or specialty cocktail menus, we recommend one per 40–50 guests. We'll help you figure out the right ratio when you request a quote.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry a $1 million general liability insurance policy on every event we staff. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.
